How To Update Samsung GT-S7272 Galaxy Ace 3 Duos Firmware Version Manually

The Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 Duos is the Dual SIM variant of the Galaxy Ace 3 model, This model supports 2G and 3G Networks, It comes with TFT capacitive touchscreen with 16 M colors, Multitouch support, 4 GB of internal memory size, 1 GB RAM memory, Bluetooth v4.0, WiFi, The Galaxy Ace 3 Duos has 5 MP main camera with Autofocus and LED flash, Geo-Tagging, Face and Smile Detection features, Also it has a front VGA camera.

This Smartphone is powered by a Broadcom BCM21664 chipset, Dual-Core 1 GHz Cortex-A9 CPU, And Broadcom VideoCore IV GPU, It comes in three colors Black, White, And Dark Red, Its Li-Ion 1500 mAh battery gives you up to 8 hours of talking time.

The Galaxy Ace 3 Duos GT-S7272 has Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean pre-installed, Until the moment this model does not have any newer Android version than Jelly Bean, But Samsung keeps releasing new updates for it, Your device may have XXUAMF2, So when there is a newer firmware update, You need to learn how you can update it manually via Odin3 flasher stock firmware package, This guide will show you the right way to perform that by yourself.

Preparation Steps:

1- Check the current firmware of your mobile, You can check it from Setting > About Phone, Or you can use this easy code *#1234#
2- It is a good idea to write down your device current firmware version, It will be useful later, In case something goes wrong.
3- Charge your mobile's battery to be at least at 90% charge level.
4- Updating your mobile's firmware will delete everything from your device internal memory, So read this Guide to learn how you can make a backup of your important data (SMS, Contacts, Notes...etc).
5- In case you have an external memory card inserted into your mobile, Then remove it.
6- Download the Samsung USB Driver, And install it, Then restart your computer.
7- Download Odin3 program (Original Android Flasher), Extract to your computer's desktop.
8- Download The Firmware package (S7272), Select the version you want to install it into your mobile.
9- Extract the firmware package to a known location on your computer.
