1. Power on Mobile in Download Mode ( Vol Down + Home + power On. if it asks you to press a button to continue, press the listed button, or run adb reboot download command )
2. Install Samsung Drivers ,
3. Open Odin ( latest version Preferd ) here Download
4. Select Root File in " PDA " and Press " Start "
5. Wait for Android to boot

1) Download and install SAMSUNG USB Drivers for Mobile Phones
(You may install Samsung KIES for this) – LINK

2) Copy update_su.zip to internal sdcard.

3) Switch off the phone and enter to download mode (“Vol Down + Home + Power”).
Wait until the driver will be installed and Odin will recognize the phone!

4) Flash I8160XXLD8_ready_to_root_ANT.tar.md5 using Odin as PDA part.
(Original : I8160XXLD8_original.tar.md5)

5) Turn off the phone again and enter to recovery mode (“Vol Up + Home + Power”).

6) Select “apply update from sdcard” and choose update_su.zip file

7) Reboot the phone

8) Rooting Successful

How To Hard Reset | Factory Reset Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 T310 | T311 | T315

This guide will teach you the right steps to perform the Hard Reset operation on your Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0, The same steps can be used to factory reset all Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 variants SM-T310, SM-T311, And SM-T315 too.

Keep in mind that formatting your device will erase all your personal data like messages, Contacts, Photos, Installed applications, Notes...etc., Everything you saved on the device internal memory will be lost forever, So make sure to backup and save any wanted data to an external storage like external memory card, SIM card, Or PC.

How to Repair a Dead Mobile Phone

If the mobile phone does not switch on, it is called a dead mobile.
It can be due to many reasons
1. Water damage
2. Fall down
3. Not used for a long time ( Mostly battery is down)


(1) Check the Battery. It should show 3.7 volts or as written on the battery.

(2) Check the Battery Connector
Check two things (a) Voltage coming or not (b) shorting
Note : If there is shorting then clean the circuit in ultrasonic cleaner (Remove display, camera, etc before putting it in ultrasonic cleaner )
Clean the circuit with a soft brush and make it dry with a hair dryer or ****er.
If the shorting does'nt go it may be due to shorting in an ic,capaicitor or circuit. if shorting is in ic u can check it by attaching a battery then press the on-off switch keep the battery for 10-15 seconds. after that remove the battery and check which ic bacomes hot. Reball or replace that ic. If shorting is in circuit it must be removed by ultrasonic cleaner
Note - The circuit is made of three layers. if there is shorting in the middle layer it cannot be removed
(3) Check the On/Off switch & voltage at on-off switch
Note - Connect a charger. If charging is shown on display then the problem is with the on/off switch or software problem

(4) Try flashing the mobile.

(5) If flashing cannot be done then there is hardware fault we first dry solder the Flash IC & RAM IC and check in the Software. if flashing cannot be done then we dry solder/reball/replace flash ic & RAM ic.After that dry solder/reball/replace Power IC, Network IC, Crystal, CPU

This easy guide will show you the right steps you should follow to manually update your GS4 VE I9515 software, You will use the Odin3 flasher to perform this update, Please read the complete guide first, Then start to apply the steps one by one to get the wanted result.

Preparation Steps:

1- Check the current firmware of your mobile, You can check it from Setting > About Phone, Or you can use this easy code *#1234#

2- It is a good idea to write down your device current firmware version, It will be useful later, In case something goes wrong.

3- Charge your mobile's battery to be at least at 90% of charging level.

9- Extract the firmware package to a known location on your computer.

Odin3 Settings:

1- Double click on Odin3.exe to run it.

2- These settings must be checked: Auto Reboot, F.Reset Time.

3- If you have the PIT file of your Samsung model, Then check: Re-Partition

Putting your mobile into Download Mode:

At this step you have to turn off your Samsung cell phone, Take out its battery and SIM card, Then read this Guide to put it into Download Mode, To be able to install the new firmware into you device you should put it into this mode.

Installing the new Firmware into your Samsung I9515 GS4 VE device:

1- After you put your mobile into Download Mode, Use the USB cable to connect it to your computer.

2- You have to wait until Windows detects the device and installs any needed drivers.

- You can update your device firmware version without using any PIT file, So use the PIT file only if you need to fix your device partitions.

- When you get one big file inside the firmware package, Then it should be selected as a PDA file only, And do not check Re-Partition option or use PIT file at all.
