How To Root Samsung Galaxy S5 Using CF-Auto-Root Method

This Guide will help you to Root nearly all the known variants of the Samsung Galaxy S5, But please keep in mind that rooting your Galaxy S5 Smartphone will remove its warranty, In addition to some risky results which are related to KNOX protection system, We provide this guide with no guarantee at all, Even the developer of this method does not give any guarantee at all.

This rooting method can be used to root these Galaxy S5 variants:
SM-G900F (International Qualcomm).
SM-G900H (International Exynos).
SM-G900I (Oceania).
SM-G900L (Korea).
SM-G900M (Middle and South America).
SM-G900R4 (US Cellular).
SM-G900T (T-Mobile US).
SM-G900P (Sprint).
SM-G900T1 (Metro PCS).
SM-G900W8 (Canada).


The most important thing here is to select the suitable root file for your Galaxy S5 variant, And never try to test another one on your device, As that may cause a real damage to it.

Basic Steps:
- Backup any wanted data before starting.
- Charge your device battery to be at least at 90% of charging level.
- Download and install USB driver for your device, And it is better to restart the computer after that.
- Check the installed firmware version via this code *#1234# and write it down.

Downloads:
- CF-Auto-Root File: Check Here and download the suitable file for your Galaxy S5 model, Select the exact one.
- Odin3 Flasher.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Rooting Steps:
- After downloading the CF-Auto-Root...zip file unzip it.
- Run Odin3.exe Flasher.
- Make sure that Re-Partition option is not checked.
- Click on PDA button and select the CF-Auto-Root-....tar.md5 file from the extracted folder.
- Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S5 Device.
- Put the device into Download Mode, Read this Guide to learn how.
- Connect your Samsung Device to Computer using the USB cable.
- Wait until Odin3 flasher detects the device, It should detect its COM port number.
- Click on Start button.
- Odin3 flasher will install the CF-Auto-Root file and reboots your device into special Recovery Mode.
- Some auto jobs will be done, So wait for it, The device will be rebooted after all jobs were done.


Notice: In case your Galaxy S5 does not work normally after flashing this root file, Or in case it stuck in recovery mode, You can fix it by flashing a firmware package.
